The deal, in plain terms.
What you get
- One household globeSix seats and 50 GB of original files for $79 a year or $9 a month.
- You own your photographsUploading grants Steadglobe only the permission needed to store, process, and show your files to the people you have allowed. Nothing further.
- An adult holds the accountThe owner must be 18 or older. Children are not account holders.
Billing and cancellation
- Cancel from the billing portalCancelling stops the next renewal. The globe stays readable to the end of the paid period.
- A missed payment does not delete anythingUploads pause and reading continues for seven days, after which the household is read-only until billing is current.
- EU withdrawal rightCustomers in the EU keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. It is a legal right, not a free trial.
