EU withdrawal

Send a withdrawal declaration.

EU consumers can use this public form to send a clear withdrawal declaration. You do not need to give a reason or sign in.

The usual withdrawal period is 14 days after the contract is concluded. Read the withdrawal informationand model withdrawal form. To stop a renewal outside withdrawal, use cancellation.

If the withdrawal is valid, Steadglobe manually processes a full refund of all payments within 14 days after receiving the declaration, using the same payment method and charging no fee, subject only to withholding the law permits. We do not deduct a pro-rata amount for use of the service.
